Synthesis of masculine and feminine energies in the form of Ardhanarishvara, the combination of Shiva and Shakti (Parvati). One of my favourite mythological entities.

Sketchbook, watercolours and trying to colour things again

Character design ideas for a story I'm working on. It might actually get finished. Who knows?

Oh yeah and there's a watercolour picture. As you maybe can tell, I suck at painting. I messed around with the hue on the computer afterwards and I thought it looked kind of cool.

Karate, do you want it?

A doodle and then the same doodle but with colour... well colour other than grey and white, anyway. I suck at colouring. Whatever, shut up.

It is caricature of one of my very old friends. She is not old, we have just been friends for a while. You know. Anyways, she does karate and has a very nice side profile and I wasn't practicing my side profiles so I decided to practice them while we and a few other people were watching a movie. The movie was The Dark Crystal. I like that movie, but it's weird watching it with a bunch of adults who've never seen it before.

I digress. Not just now, of course, that was in context; but I still have a tendency to digress.
